Nordic Requiem and Other Dreams: Printmaking by Chad Nelson is a 2012 exhibit at the Eide-Dalrymple Gallery which says: "Nelson's art is also known for its rich dark tonalities, which fit his themes of spirituality, mortality, and a sense of melancholy. But Nelson notes that his work is not just about darkness. Portraits of Hope is a 2023 exhibit at the Booth Western Art Museum which says: "Portraits of Hope, Inc. provides support, encouragement, love, and hope to women and children facing life's challenges after incarceration, drug addiction, and domestic violence.
