About the Westmont Museum of Art
The Westmont Ridley-Tree Museum of Art, formerly named Reynolds Gallery, is located in the Adams Center for the Visual Arts at Westmont College, Santa Barbara, CA. The Museum's website states that "...The Westmont Ridley-Tree Museum of Art seeks to educate students and the larger community about the power and value of the visual arts in our world through physical, critical and spiritual engagement with the creative process and its result...."
The three-level Adams Center, which opened in May, 2011, is nearly five times larger than the old art center. Its central location on campus allows for greater visibility and gathers all the art classes in one location. The 31,000-square foot, narrow building extends from west to east, allowing the classrooms, studios and offices to be naturally lighted and ventilated.
Please see the Museum's web site for hours and fees.
